To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and the packaging must be in perfect condition as well.

Perishable goods such as food, as well as gift cards, cannot be returned.

Shipping costs will be your responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse a return.

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Shipping


Delivery times depend on the item and its availability. An estimated timeframe of 2-7 business days is required.

Palletized ovens and outdoor kitchens: Shipping cost to be determined based on weight and location + taxes.

 

Refunds (if applicable)


Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. At that point, you will receive an email confirming that the refund has been issued.

If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@diavolokitchen.com. We will send you a return label and arrange for the carrier to pick up the item from your address.

For exchanges due to reasons other than defects or damage, the request will be treated as a refund request and follow the same process. A new order must be placed for replacement items.

 

Warranties


Unless stated otherwise, all our products come with a 1-year warranty directly through us. Our warranties apply only to the original purchaser.

Our products also come with a 3-year rust warranty.

If a product is defective, please email us at info@diavolokitchen.com and provide the following:

  • Proof of purchase (check your emails)
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect (if applicable)
  • Item serial number (if applicable)

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Products that have been subjected to misuse, improper handling, neglect, modifications, incorrect installation, repairs, replacement, or storage may not be covered under warranty. Each warranty claim will be carefully evaluated, and a fair resolution will be offered.

The following are specifically excluded from this warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear unrelated to a defect.
  • Missing parts reported more than 5 calendar days after oven delivery.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of use; or labor costs associated with the removal or installation of any equipment or parts.
  • Any other form of loss or damage.
  • Damage caused by overloading the oven with excessive wood or combustible material, resulting in a fire (including, but not limited to, damage to the oven, surrounding areas, or personal property) is not covered. The user is responsible for safe and proper oven operation.
  • Tile cracks on the oven resulting from misuse, physical damage, or the use of accelerants, water, or other substances not recommended by Diavolo Kitchen are not covered.
  • This warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections that do not affect performance or structural integrity.

This warranty does not cover accessories.

Shipping Damage

While we take the utmost care in packaging your shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, damage may occasionally occur during transit.

We strongly advise you to inspect your delivery before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage or missing items, please note them on the delivery receipt before signing. Documenting this information is essential for us to assist you with any claims.

Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may void warranty coverage and your ability to request an exchange.

We understand that unexpected issues can arise, and we want to assure our customers that we are here to help. While our warranty has certain exclusions, we evaluate each case individually and strive to be as accommodating as possible.

It is the user’s responsibility to operate our products in accordance with the provided safety instructions and guidelines to prevent damage or hazards. For safe and effective use, always follow the recommended procedures and precautions outlined in the user manual.
