Enjoy wood burning oven cooking anywhere with the Milano Portable Pizza Oven. The oven is made from durable steel construction and features a double-walled oven, an insulated fire blanket and a 12mm thick cordierite baking stone floor for optimum heat retention. An easy-to-load rear firebox allows you to cook using your favorite chunks of wood, wood chips, pellets or charcoal briquettes.

Lighting the oven is simple with a high-flow downdraft system designed to circulate air and quickly reach cooking temperatures up to 900 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven door has a small opening to check the food during cooking, without letting the heat escape. The oven also features a built-in thermometer to monitor cooking temperatures, as well as a removable chimney for portability.

Ready to use with its two included pizza peels and its 12'' ceramic cooking stone, all you have to do is get to work!
